1. SECURITY
   When shopping with us you can be sure that your security is our highest priority. Telephone orders made with Middlesex Machines are processed using Streamline. Streamline is the leading provider of merchant accounts in Europe handling around half of all card transactions, so you know you can be confident of a first class, reliable service.
   
   
2. PRIVACY
   When you order from us we will need to know personal data including your name, address, contact details and credit or debit card details. We respect your privacy, we do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our on-line customers to any third party. Any information that you give to us is held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. We do not use any of your information for marketing purposes, either for ourselves or by passing it on to another party.
   
   
3. DELIVERY PROCEEDURE
   We aim to deliver goods within 3-5 working days. Please wait 5 days if you are within the UK. If you do not receive your goods after this time period, please contact our Offices, quoting your order number. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately. Our carriage charge is a standard £10 up to 30 kilo’s however some items may be subject to an additional charge due to their weight and size. The above charges apply to the UK Mainland only; delivery to Northern Island, Channel Islands Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Scottish Offshore Islands and remote parts of Great Britain will incur a surcharge.
   
   Stock Availability, Pricing and End of Line Stock Offers Regular stock checks are run to determine the availability of our products. All prices shown on our Website are for warehouse stock quantities only. Middlesex Machines reserves the right to refund in full any order received after our warehouse stock has been exhausted. Goods that are classed as end of line stock will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity. However at certain times items will go out of stock during the working day, should this happen after you have submitted your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible by of our customer service advisors.
   
   Ownership of Goods All goods supplied by Middlesex Machines, shall remain the property of the Company, until the Customer has made payment for the goods in full.
   
   Accuracy of Information The nature of the Internet communications means that the Customer’s communications may be susceptible to data corruption, interception and delays. This Website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Middlesex Machines and any other persons involved in the Management of this Website may make changes to the products and prices described in this website and to the content, at any time without notice. The Company shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or it’s contents Any manuals and safety instructions provided with the goods should be read and followed carefully at all times. Any information or advice given on this website is meant for guidance purposes only and you are responsible for determining whether such information or advice applies to your particular situation.
   
   In the event of a delivery date not being acceptable, we shall offer you a full refund
   
   
4. STOCK LEVELS
   Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via E-Mail or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.

5. RETURNS POLICY
   According to the Customer Protection Regulations 2000, you, the customer are entitled to return any goods that are unwanted, or should you change your mind, within 7 working days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition, that they left our warehouse and were received at the point of delivery in it’s original packing and in an unused condition. You are liable for the cost of return and the original carriage charges. All other monies shall be returned to you within 10 days of the goods being received back into our warehouse. Goods damaged in transit must be reported by E-Mail or telephone within 7 working days of delivery and must be signed for as received in a damaged condition. Middlesex Machines will then arrange for the uplift of the damaged goods and the customer is entitled to either a full refund or a replacement. Refunds or replacements will only be dispatched once the original goods ordered have been received by Middlesex Machines This does not affect your statutory rights.
   
   
6. PAYMENT
   The total cost for goods ordered by telephone is payable by the customer, including VAT, delivery charges and any other costs as confirmed by telephone. This is to ensure that the customer is clear about the total chargeable amount before making the decision to place the order. Visa, MasterCard, or Switch details being taken over the telephone will be processed and the amount will be debited from or credited to the card immediately. This does not affect the customers right to return goods under the condition stated above.
   
   
7. MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
   Manufacturers warranty is specified by the manufacturer of the said item, and will be stated within any documentation supplied with the said product.
   
   
8. LIMITS OF OUR LIABILITY
   All the times we quote for delivering or collecting the goods are approximate
   
   We will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, e.g. acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, fire and legislation.
   
   If the Goods break down or stop working properly during the manufacturers warranty period, we will try to replace them or repair the fault as soon as reasonably possible after you have reported it and returned the goods to us.
   
   If you buy goods for use in business, we will not be liable for any indirect loss, or any loss of business or profits, savings you expected to make, wages, fees or expenses caused by the goods or any part of them breaking down or stopping working properly
